KSP is a tried and true gym with seasoned coaches. Daily Gym options include: 5 instructor led classes for adults, 1 youth class, and multiple open gym opportunities.

Other services include private coaching sessions and nutrition education. You can choose your desired workout. I chose to get into shape with no weightlifting experience. It has been a year and I do not regret joining.

Kansas Strength and Performance is the gym to go to with a small town feel. The coaches genuinely care about your individual needs and goals. The members that attend consider themselves as family and support each other with compassion and encouragement you dont get in your larger gym environments. The coaches are easily approachable and willing to listen to any concerns and will guide you to meet your personal needs. This gym is literally a hidden gem. Definitely give them a try! If you are willing to commit to being a better you and put in the time and effort there's no better place to go!

I LOVE this gym. I'm 55 yrs old and I have been going for 6 yrs. The coaches are super, and they know their stuff, and the other members are so supportive. We are a family. After my knee replacement surgery they all got me back on my feet and back in shape. Would never dream of going anywhere else.

This is a great place to work out! The coaches are knowledgeable, encouraging, helpful, intelligent and all around awesome. I had some medical issues and the coaches worked with me to modify exercises so I could keep working out. Their encouragement was what pulled me through most work outs. And the meal plans Jordan shared were actually delicious and didn't take exotic ingredients. I recommend this 5 star gym to everyone!!!
