While we strive to maintain a safe environment, Kansas Strength & Performance is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend bringing your own padlock to secure your personal belongings during your workout.

Our gym hours are:


Monday – Friday: 5:00 AM – 10:00 AM & 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
